However, since that did not occur, it is clear that there was no process at the quasi-judicial tribunal to automatically destroy the file. Therefore, some person/persons made the decision to destroy these documents AFTER my lawyer informed political party leaders of its existence and connection to my allegations of corruption at the CRTC.
Furthermore, I've provided copies of the destroyed File 1000-121 documents to the CRTC twice now, and requested that it re-establish the file. Billions of dollars has been transferred by unelected CRTC officials to private corporations since January 1st, 1995, including to some controlled by a few of the wealthiest families in Canada. Democracy does not exist without transparency and accountability.
